Bread Club: October
Bread Club: October
Bread Club is our bread CSB and monthly subscription service. Learn how joining Bread Club supports our Southern agriculture here.
Subscribers pay a one-time monthly fee to receive (1) loaf per week for one month. Loaves are to be picked up in the late afternoon on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday at locations across Atlanta.
Your subscription includes (4) large loaves of naturally leavened bread. The menu rotates weekly per baker’s whim, but we ensure every loaf is made with 100% regional flours.
October’s Bread Club will be from the 1st through the 24th. Loaves can be picked up at Cultured South, Spindle, or Freewheel. Wednesday loaves are picked up at the Freewheel Farmstand ONLY.
Establishing pick-up locations allow us to continue playing our role in our local food economy by supporting other small businesses. Currently, you may pick-up your loaf at one of the locations listed below. Loaves will be available to pick-up by 4pm unless otherwise noted.
The Spindle Kitchen | 659 Auburn Ave NE Ste 506
Tuesday: 10AM - 7PM | Thursday: 10AM - 9PM
If you are located in north/northeast of I-20 in Reynoldstown, GP, Cabbagetown, EAV, L5P, Midtown, VAH, and other east Atlanta neighborhoods, The Spindle Kitchen should suit you well. They have bike gear, coffee, beer, and serve seasonal, holistic foods with the occasional chef pop-up! Krog Street Market is right next door.
Cultured South Fermentation Co. | 1038 White St SW
Tuesday: 11AM - 7PM | Thursday: 11AM - 7PM
If you are located south of I-20, west or east side of town, Cultured South will be accessible to you. Inside Cultured South you will find Golda Kombucha’s taproom, Georgia’s very first. Other businesses by the Lee + White development include: Monday Night Garage, Hop City’s Boxcar restaurant, and Lean Draft House. We highly recommend checking out the recently developed Beltline trail after picking up your loaf!
Freewheel Farmstand | 768 Connally St SE
Wednesday: 5PM - 8PM
Freewheel Farm is diversified urban farm made up of three sites in the heart of Atlanta. They grow herbs, mushrooms, over 50 types of vegetables, and specialty cut flowers (in partnership with Chattahoochee Queen). Their farm stand is open to the public every Wednesday from 5 PM to 8 PM*.
When you arrive at your selected location, ask one of the staff members for your Osono Bread loaf. Your loaf will be labeled and pre-bagged for your convenience. We kindly ask you pick up your loaf before your location’s closing hours. If you need to make a last minute arrangement, please email us.
*Please note that Freewheel is only open once a week, therefore they cannot hold your loaf for the following day. Leftover loaves will be donated.
If you are not sure which location best suits you, please contact us. Also, if you or someone you know is interested in allowing their business to become a pick-up location for your neighborhood, shoot us an email! We’re looking for small grocers, coffee shops, artist shops, and other business models to support.
