How It Works
Your subscription includes (4) large loaves of naturally leavened bread. The menu rotates weekly per baker’s whim.
Every Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, one loaf will be delivered to your pick-up location of choice.
Currently, you may pick-up your loaf from one of the following locations:
Freewheel Farmstand (Wed ONLY) | 768 Connally St SE
The Spindle Kitchen | 659 Auburn Ave NE #506
Cultured South Fermentation Co. | 1038 White St SW
Your freshly baked loaf will be available by 4PM. We kindly ask for you to pick-up your pre-bagged loaf before the pick-up location’s closing time.
What is Bread Club?
Bread Club is our bread CSA and monthly subscription service committed to educating the public on old-world baking approaches to ensure the investment of Southern farmers and their grains.
Subscribers pay a one-time monthly fee to receive (1) loaf per week for one month (4 loaves in total). Loaves are to be picked up in the afternoon on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday at locations across Atlanta.
Why Join Bread Club?
When the community invests in a CSB (community supported bakery), we’re able to invest in our local food system by providing Southern farmers tangible security to grow regional grains. These grains then support the small scale miller to produce flours full of vibrancy and nutrition. With these locally sourced flours, the baker is then able to feed the community with goods made of nourishing ingredients. Joining Bread Club betters your gut health and connects you back to the roots of eating locally produced goods.
We’re committed to approaching an old-world sensibility to our bread baking and sourcing 100% regional flours.
Ensuring we support regional food systems allows us to create relationships between not only among the farmer, the miller, and the baker but also the community at large.
Our love for bread connects us from the ground up: grain to flour to loaf. Let’s break bread together.
When signing up for Bread Club, you will select your preferred day and location in the checkout process.
